By accessing or using LBNNTV at lbnntv.com, road-1.io, or any associated platform, newsletter, or service (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Limitless Beliefs Consulting, the operator of LBNNTV.
LBNNTV is a pan-African business and financial intelligence publication. Our platforms include: lbnntv.com — the primary editorial platform, freely accessible; Distribution Desk — a weekly African capital intelligence newsletter; ROAD-1 (road-1.io) — a trade intelligence platform available on a freemium and Pro ($49/month) basis; and associated white papers, research reports, and gated intelligence products.
You may access and use LBNNTV for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may share links to our articles. You may quote brief excerpts (not exceeding 150 words) for commentary or news reporting, provided you attribute LBNNTV and link to the original article. Prohibited uses include: reproducing articles in full without written permission; scraping or systematically extracting content using automated tools; using LBNNTV content in AI training datasets without a written licence; reselling or commercially redistributing our intelligence products; creating derivative works based on our proprietary indices without permission. ROAD-1 Pro is available on a monthly subscription at $49/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable consumer protection law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice. The Distribution Desk newsletter is provided free of charge to subscribers who opt in. By subscribing: you consent to receive the Distribution Desk by email weekly; you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email; newsletter content is subject to the same intellectual property restrictions as other LBNNTV content; we reserve the right to modify the newsletter format, frequency, or content at any time.
ROAD-1 is a trade intelligence platform. ROAD-1 intelligence outputs — including friction scores, corridor analyses, NTB heatmaps, and Narrative Friction Scores — are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute trade advice, regulatory compliance guidance, or legal advice. Pro subscribers may use ROAD-1 outputs for their own internal business intelligence purposes. Commercial redistribution of ROAD-1 outputs requires a separate enterprise licence.
When using LBNNTV platforms, you agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; introduce malware or harmful code; use automated tools to scrape content at a rate that disrupts platform performance; submit false or fraudulent information through contact forms; harass or abuse LBNNTV editorial staff or contributors; use LBNNTV content to create or distribute misinformation about African markets.
LBNNTV is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our journalism is produced to institutional standards, but errors can and do occur. If you identify an error, please notify us at staff@lbnntv.com and we will investigate promptly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limitless Beliefs Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LBNNTV or reliance on our content, including but not limited to financial losses, investment losses, or trading losses.
LBNNTV articles and newsletters may contain links to third-party websites, exchange data sources, institutional reports, and other external resources. These links are provided for informational convenience. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to LBNNTV platforms — including ROAD-1 Pro subscriptions — at our discretion, with or without notice, in cases of: material breach of these Terms; conduct that endangers the platform, other users, or our editorial team; non-payment of subscription fees; or legal requirement to do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users and newsletter subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. We will also update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of LBNNTV after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
