When he’s not signing million-dollar contracts for his NFL clients, Drew Rosenhaus takes a liking to wrestling with sharks. The Miami Beach-based sports agent went on a boat ride with star receiver Tyreek Hill on Tuesday, taking advantage of an encounter with a dusky shark in open waters for a risky photo-op.

Rosenhaus, who is seen swimming with snorkeling gear on, disobeys the warnings of the boat’s captain: “Don’t grab him, Drew! We don’t have that kind of insurance”. Which the agent ignores, proceeding to grab the sea creature’s tail and yelling “take a picture”, through his snorkel.

The boat captain then asks Tyreek Hill if he wants to jump in, to which the Dolphins star sternly replies “hell no”.

Dusky sharks are considered dangerous due to their large size

Dusky sharks are seen as a potential hazard to humans due to their size, but there are very few reports of incidents with people. Nevertheless, Rosenhaus has been criticized due to ignoring the possible dangers of interacting with the 9-foot specimen of the sea animal.

Marine life experts online have chimed in on the incident, saying a healthy and energetic Dusky shark would have shown a lot more resistance and likely attacked Rosenhaus. Insisting that this specimen was likely tired, due to its sluggish swimming pattern.

In another video of the incident, Hill can be seen yelling to his agent: “Drew, what the hell are you doing?”. With the boat captain once again chiming in: “A real Florida Man right here”.
