We take an open-architecture approach to technology so our advisors have the flexibility to choose the tools that best work for them and fit their practice. In addition to making recommendations and securing preferred pricing for our community of advisors, we help advisors get the most out of what’s available through liaising with tech providers when there are questions and offering business consulting services to identify areas of opportunity.

CRM: Salesforce / Redtail / Wealthbox

While Salesforce is used at the firm level, many of our affiliated advisors prefer purpose-built CRM platforms like Redtail and Wealthbox. Redtail established itself early as a market leader designed specifically for financial advisors, while Wealthbox entered the market later with a more modern interface and features that resonated with many practices. Integrations with Jump have further strengthened these platforms by helping advisors stay engaged with clients throughout the year, keep workflows organized, and ultimately enhance advisor-client relationships. Together, Redtail and Wealthbox offer strong, advisor-focused options that support different workflow preferences, and we consistently see higher adoption with tools built for our profession.

Reporting & Portfolio Management  / Trading & Rebalancing: Orion

At Private Advisor Group we leverage a combination of our custodians and Orion for reporting. For portfolio management, we offer our advisors our proprietary WealthSuite platform. WealthSuite was built with Orion Advisor Solutions, a trusted partner to Private Advisor Group since 2019, to deliver the technology to power model delivery, trading and servicing of accounts on the WealthSuite platform.

Financial Planning: eMoney / MoneyGuide

In line with broader industry trends, eMoney and MoneyGuide are the most widely used planning tools for our community of advisors. Their combined use provides our advisors with flexibility based on client needs, from detailed cash-flow analysis to client-friendly, goals-based planning.

Document Management: Box / DocuSign

At Private Advisor Group, we rely on Box for secure document storage and workflow execution, as well as DocuSign for digital signatures. Together, these tools support scalable, compliant document management for our geographically distributed advisor base and corporate team and are well-matched to our operational needs.

Primary/Secondary Custodians: LPL / Fidelity / Schwab / Interactive Brokers

We maintain integrations with many custodians, with our primary relationships being LPL, Fidelity, Schwab and Interactive Brokers. This multi-custodial structure gives advisors flexibility while enabling us to support a wide range of client asset scenarios. It also positions us as a problem solver for firms looking for their next step, allowing us to serve advisors where they are with minimal impact on clients.

AI Services: Microsoft CoPilot / Jump / TIFIN

We’ve been deliberate and disciplined in how we evaluate and adopt AI. We recognize the potential of the technology and remain committed to staying current with developments that can meaningfully benefit our community.

Our team at Private Advisor Group actively vets AI-powered fintech solutions and makes thoughtful recommendations, saving advisors time and reducing the burden of evaluating an increasingly crowded marketplace. Today, we leverage Copilot as a secure generative AI tool, Jump for AI-powered notetaking and CRM integration, and TIFIN for asset consolidation. Each solution is selected to enhance efficiency while maintaining strong controls around data security, advisor discretion, and client confidentiality.

This will remain an important area of investment for the firm through the continued evaluation of emerging technologies and ongoing education efforts. We prioritize training our staff and advisors to use AI tools effectively and responsibly so that these tools create real value. In addition, we actively foster peer-to-peer learning by creating structured forums for advisors to share real-world use cases, helping to scale best practices across the community.

Direct Indexing and/or Tax-Loss Harvesting Services: Orion

Through our proprietary WealthSuite platform, advisors have access to Orion Custom Indexing, which offers direct indexing and tax-efficient portfolio construction, including automated tax-loss harvesting. This allows them to deliver more personalized investment strategies while improving after-tax outcomes for clients.

Other Tools: Global Relay / Red Oak / FMG / Snappy Kraken

Our proprietary Greenhouse platform serves as a central hub for our community of advisors. Greenhouse provides single sign-on across key systems, embedded compliance workflows, delegation and task-routing features, and a digital community for real-time support and crowdsourced ideas and answers. Greenhouse is foundational to how we scale support while preserving advisor independence.

We provide access to a curated ecosystem of vetted technology providers, including Global Relay for compliant texting, Red Oak for IAR compliance support, FMG and Snappy Kraken for marketing services, among others. A key advantage of our model is conducting due diligence for our community of advisors, evaluating tools for both functionality and regulatory alignment, and then introducing solutions at scale across our advisor community.
