South African companies dominated the ranking showcasing the country’s advanced corporate infrastructure, emphasis on employee well-being, and commitment to strong economic ties within Africa and globally.
However, some South African companies that featured in last year’s ranking like Absa and Safricom lost out in the 2024 report.
Nigeria’s Access bank, the only non-South African company in the top 10 ranking, featured in the 10th position.
