Divi Resorts is rolling out a pair of upgraded all-inclusive experiences at its flagship St. Maarten property, giving travelers more control over how they vacation, Caribbean Journal has learned.
Starting October 1, 2025, guests at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort and Oceans at Divi Little Bay will have two all-inclusive options to choose from: the Signature All-Inclusive package and a new Premium All-Inclusive tier, both designed to reflect how travelers want to experience the island — whether that means keeping it casual or leaning into something a little more indulgent.
While St Maarten isn’t an island that begs for an all-inclusive experience (after all, it’s got one of the best dining scenes in the whole Caribbean, in our view), the demand for the all-inclusive hasn’t abated — and it’s still nice to know that when you come back to your resort you don’t have to reach for your wallet.
“Over the years, guests have shown us they love the ease and convenience of all-inclusive,” said Marco Galaverna, President and COO of Divi Resorts in a statement provided to Caribbean Journal. “Now, we’re giving them even more control over how they vacation.”
A Resort on Its Own Peninsula
Divi Little Bay is set on a private peninsula flanked by ocean on both sides — part Caribbean fantasy, part island hub. The Signature All-Inclusive package gives guests access to five different restaurants serving a mix of Caribbean, American, and Mexican flavors. There’s also a lively swim-up bar, rotating theme dinners, and a steady calendar of activities that range from water aerobics to wine tastings and karaoke.

The Premium tier takes the experience further, adding new culinary venues and elevated perks. That includes Mix at Oceans, a rooftop bar and lounge with sweeping island views, top-shelf cocktails, curated wine tastings, and regular events like BBQ nights and happy hours. Also new is Ft. Amsterdam Café, a European-inspired café offering gourmet coffee, smoothies, flaky pastries, and artisan gelato — the kind of spot where you can sit back, people-watch, and linger.
Premium guests also receive in-room welcome packages stocked with snacks and beverages, plus full access to all of the resort’s pools — including the award-winning pureocean pool, the Seabreeze infinity pool, and beach and poolside food and beverage service.
From solo travelers to families, the idea is the same: give every guest the tools to shape their own vacation. For some, that might mean long beach days followed by casual dinners. For others, it’s rooftop cocktails, elevated dining, and coffee by the sea.
Both tiers will be available for stays beginning October 1, 2025.
The Divi portoflio is one of the top all-inclusive options in St Maarten, along with the excellent Maho resort complex that includes two Sonesta resorts (along with the new adults-only club.)
