Tacko Fall spoke to Shams Charania of The Athletic on Sunday and revealed he has never met Victor Wembanyama, saying it would be an “awkward” encounter.

Fall, 27, stands at 7-foot-6 and never has to look down when speaking to somebody, but Wembanyama would be the exception.

“Very awkward,” Fall said. “It would be weird for me to look somebody in the eye. My neck has a curve [from] talking to people. … I think he’s a great kid.”

Fall reportedly signed a deal to play basketball in China with the Nanjing Monkey Kings.

He played in the NBA for the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers after going undrafted in 2019, though rarely received minutes on the floor.
