The United States Presidential elections ended dramatically, with Donald Trump winning. He made headlines after becoming the first President in 120 years to return to power after being ousted after his first term as the 45th President of the US. Kamala Harris took a backseat after her defeat. While the Bitcoin-led market celebrated Trump’s win, prominent streamer xQc was enduring a challenging time.

Harris Outcome Hits Hard: xQc Loses Big

After losing $700,000 on a bet that Kamala Harris would defeat Donald Trump as the next president of the United States in 2024, streamer and content producer xQc recently became viral on social media. The streamer took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce to the world that he had placed a Bitcoin bet. On November 5, he wrote,

“This better-hit lmao, the odds are too good I had to. Don’t get it twisted. PS: Don’t get mad… I can’t even vote since I’m Canadian.”

Several took to X to share details about the astounding $700,000 in Bitcoin bet on the 2024 US Elections. According to the screenshot in question, the broadcaster was able to pay out around $650,000. xQc’s chat mocked him for placing the bet in the first place after he had cashed out.

Several took X to call him out on this bet alongside his viewers. Many pointed out how the latest loss would put an end to all his “gambling habits.” One user said,

“You could’ve donated that 700K$ to a charity instead of burning it.”

But, it should be noted that this is not xQc’s first time placing a significant bet. He is well-known for frequently discussing important events and broadcasting high-stakes gaming.
