Dr. Peter Ndegwa, Group Chief Executive Officer, said:

“For over a decade, we have integrated environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into every part of our business. Sustainability is the lens through which we see every decision we make. Now in our 14th year of publishing our Annual Sustainable Business Report, we continue to hold ourselves accountable, using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as our blueprint for impact.”

Karen Basiye, Director Sustainable Business and Social Impact, added:

“We launched insights-led products powered by AI and machine learning, enabling us to deliver personalized services that address societal challenges. Our Foundations have scaled their impact through ecosystem-wide initiatives like Citizens of the Future, and we have continued to be a partner of choice for public sector transformation in health, agriculture, and social protection.”
