Speaking at the 15th VTB Investment Forum in Moscow, Putin praised Africa as a reliable partner, highlighting its vast potential for rapid development. Citing Ethiopia’s significant economic growth over the past decade, he noted Africa’s appeal not just to Russia but also to global and Western experts. Putin stressed that Russia’s partnerships with Africa will prioritize mutual growth, unaffected by external pressures. The VTB Investment Forum, holding from December 4-5, will explore major economic trends and collaboration opportunities, reinforcing Russia’s financial sovereignty and partnerships with cooperating nations. Established in 2009, the forum brings together government officials, business leaders, and investors to discuss the future of capital and global economic strategies.
