Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked the people of India on Friday for returning him to power after he was invited to form a new government by President Droupadi Murmu.
“I thank the people that they gave the NDA government a third chance to serve them,” Modi said, referring to his National Democratic Alliance coalition.
