Orange has extended its partnership with Kuehne+Nagel for the e-commerce operations of communication hardware in France, Poland, and African markets. The partnership, which spans over two decades, will now continue for another three years, focusing on highly secured logistics for high-value e-commerce orders and technology-enabled, sustainable logistics solutions.

Kuehne+Nagel has been a vital partner for Orange, supporting its growth in mobile telephony and internet access markets. Since 2004, the logistics activities in a dedicated fulfillment center in the Paris area have grown significantly. This 22,119 sqm facility employs 150 people and handles storage, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and after-sales service for Orange’s mobile phones, accessories, and internet devices.

Lionel Benezech, Supply Chain Director France, Orange

We continue to place our trust in Kuehne+Nagel for their reliability and agility. Thanks to their support, we have been able to handle significantly increased volumes and reduce delivery times, two key challenges for our e-commerce business.
