Romania’s OVES Enterprise will integrate its Nemesis AI technology into MSI Defense Solutions’ EAGLS platform, creating an automated threat detection system targeting drones and missiles.

The collaboration will develop an artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform that uses visual sensors without relying on radar or GPS.

The system will integrate thermal and neuromorphic cameras into a unified sensor fusion framework, allowing for real-time detection and recognition of incoming threats.

Once a threat is identified, Nemesis AI will classify it and suggest the most suitable interception method based on available weapon systems.

This process will be supported by AI hardware designed to rapidly process large data streams.

Additionally, the system will control turret movements using AI-driven commands instead of traditional mechanical targeting systems to fasten and enhance response capabilities.

Equipped with these features, the MSI EAGLS platform will be capable of visually detecting and intercepting advanced aerial threats — such as fast and evasive drones — without needing external positioning or radar input.

“Our discussions with MSI started from an urgent, real-world need: to counter-attack types that current systems fail to intercept,” stated Mihai Filip, CEO of OVES Enterprise.

The new technology will be a “complete platform that analyzes, decides, and acts at the pace required on the ground.”

The Systems

The EAGLS platform functions independently or as part of an integrated defense system.

It combines established technologies, including 360-degree surveillance radars, laser-guided rocket launchers, and remotely operated weapon stations.

Nemesis AI is an AI engine that enables autonomous threat response. It continuously analyzes incoming sensor data, identifies and categorizes potential threats, and predicts their behavior.

This allows the system to support immediate tactical decisions, operating at speeds that conventional command systems cannot match.
