The award-winning ‘Dahomey’ is the latest film from Senegalese filmmaker Mati Diop whose work consistently pushes boundaries. Part documentary and part fantasy, it doesn’t lend itself to easy categorisation, but it tells a compelling story about the looting and repatriation of African artifacts.
