Bronny James, the eldest son of LeBron Jamesand Savannah James, had a health scare recently while practicing at USC’s facility. He experienced cardiac arrest and was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment. Fortunately, he was released later in the week.

This incident understandably left LeBron and his younger brother, Bryce, deeply shaken. A report surfaced over the weekend, revealing how LeBron and Savannah feel about Bronny‘s future in basketball after the incident.

A source close to the family mentioned that if Bronny is unable to continue playing basketball, they would accept it, but decisions regarding his future are still far off.

Living through a nightmare

As parents, they have been going through a nightmare and experiencing a great deal of stress. They want nothing but the best for Bronny and find it hard to believe that such an event occurred.

The specific cause of Bronny‘s health issue remains unclear, and preliminary testing has not indicated any apparent problems. Further examinations may provide more insights in due course.

LeBron shared a video of Bronny on Saturday, suggesting that he is on the road to recovery.

“GRAND RISING!! God Is Great! Bronny YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Simple as that! Keep going Young!!! We’re here right with you every step of the way!” James wrote on Instagram.
