The Israeli Ministry of Defense has signed a multi-year framework agreement with IMCO Group to supply electrical systems for its armored fighting vehicles.

Advanced video management systems, power management systems, and harnesses will be among the systems delivered for the armored fighting vehicles, including the Merkava tank.

The delivery period is scheduled from 2024 to 2030.

“This new agreement will enable the group to supply state-of-the-art, combat-proven systems to those tanks and APCs, ensuring their continued effectiveness and resilience,” the company stated.

$102 Million Contract

The 377-million new Israeli shekel ($102 million) contract expands the scope of a previous contract the Israeli firm signed with the defense ministry, whose delivery is expected in 2024-25.

IMCO’s subsidiaries including Nir Or, IMCO Projects, and ADTI in the US will carry out the production work.

“The systems developed and manufactured by our group adapt to changing requirements and have been proven on the battlefield,” IMCO Group CEO Ariel Kandel said.

“We are confident that these systems will help carry out tasks in a more efficient and safer manner.”
