This spree of anticipation included the Shiba Inu army wondering whether Kusama is building or working on amplifying the Shiba Inu ecosystem. However, the truth is a little different than what was earlier expected of Kusama’s brief hibernation. Is Kusama still interested in strengthening SHIB, or has he moved onto another project, the one that involves AI exclusively?

Kusama’s “New Beyond Crypto” Project
Kusama is finally back online after a brief pause, scheduling a new livestream labelled “Legacy and Lineage of Kings.” Kusama had previously tweeted about the event in cryptic tweets, signaling a new interest. This new broadcast focused on Kusama explaining his independent AI venture, which extends beyond crypto, and was built at the request of a specific client. This new project involves Kusama focusing on family legacy and reparations, a topic outside of the SHIB domain entirely.
“Kusama addressed the nature of his work upon his return to social media in late January. He shared that the project operates as an independent venture built at the request of a specific corporate partner. The lead ambassador emphasized that the technology exists beyond the traditional boundaries of the crypto sector. Kusama is yet to deliver concrete updates about the Shiba Inu ecosystem. The Shiba Inu army at present is still looking forward to a solid new announcement related to the ecosystem as the token stands on the precipice of a massive price change.
Has Kusama Forgotten Shiba Inu?
The SHIB Daily article went a mile ahead to state how Kusama has “potentially de-prioritized” Shiba Inu by taking personal requests outside the crypto domain.
“Kusama confirmed that his current labor involves an independent venture requested by a corporate partner that operates outside the official Shiba Inu roadmap. He emphasized that this “technical dark phase” was necessary to finalize a technology stack designed to assist couples and preserve family history. This change matters because it signals a potential de-prioritization of day-to-day SHIB governance in favor of personal technology initiatives.”
However, Kusama recently reposted a new SHIB update about the Astro Nova X SHIB collaboration, outlining that his interest is still intact about the domain.
