Layoffs have been relatively common ever since the pandemic hit the world. They are quite unexpected and put you through mental pressure.

Just like any negative situation, your experience with a layoff largely depends on how you react.

You may not have deserved the layoff, but you definitely deserve a second chance at a successful career.

One thing you shouldn’t do is view the layoff as a setback. Instead, view it as an opportunity for a fresh start.
