But things came crashing down as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) slapped them with charges of fraud. While all the above-mentioned entities were on the low, a new development in the case brought them back under the spotlight. The SEC dropped its fraud case against all of them. When the SEC decided not to change its complaint by the deadline of April 21, the lawsuit was dismissed. It should be noted that the SEC’s first case was earlier rejected by a federal judge for lack of jurisdiction.

Amidst this, the price of the assets involved, HEX and PLS, took a major hit. PLS dipped by over 50% throughout the past year. The asset went from trading at a high of $0.00009476 all the way to a low of $0.00001756. In addition, PulseChain’s PLS hit this all-time low just 25 days ago in March 2025. Currently, the asset is 89% below its all-time high of $0.0003206.

At the time of writing, PLS was trading at $0.00003434. The asset recorded a slight drop of 1.86% over the past 24 hours. But the altcoin managed to rise by over 22% throughout the last seven days. PLS rose to a high of $0.00003969 earlier this week, showing strong signs of recovery.

The firm revealed that the asset will trade at a maximum price of $0.000162. The average trading price of PLS was set at $0.000135, and the lowest that the altcoin will be priced at is $0.000106. The potential return on investment for the asset is predicted to be a positive 370%.
