Global digital solutions provider Hayo said on Tuesday it has opened new offices in Cameroon, Niger and Sri Lanka to expand its ability to meet growing local and regional demand for digital services.
Hayo said the new offices in Yaoundé (Cameroon), Niamey (Niger) and Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia (Sri Lanka) will help it provide extra on-the-ground support and expertise for customers in those countries.
“We’ve seen growing demands for services like voice, messaging, IoT and cloud communications in Cameroon, Niger and Sri Lanka,” said Hayo CEO Feraz Ahmed in a statement. “We see huge potential in these areas, and we now have even more people and premises to serve local needs with world-class solutions.”
Hayo also has offices in New York City, Cape Town (South Africa) and Nairobi (Kenya).
Hayo currently provides voice, messaging, IoT, security, communications platform as a service (CPaaS) and other connectivity solutions to governments, enterprises, service providers and over 100 mobile operators in over 30 across Africa and the Middle East. Its digital solutions portfolio includes digital currencies, digital taxation, digital hubs, and infrastructure projects. among other things.
In July this year, Hayo launched a global IoT platform for enterprises and mobile operators, the latter of whom can white-label and resell the platform to launch their own IoT services for verticals such as agriculture, healthcare and transportation.
Hayo says its IoT platform runs on a cloud-native full core network that utilises AI algorithms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency. The platform also provides real-time billing, multi-IMSI SIM management, automation, seamless connectivity management and monitoring.
