The initiative, backed by the Gambian government, aims to boost employment and economic collaboration with the Middle East’s largest economy. Outsource Recruitment Agency, responsible for facilitating the placements, reported that 25 women departed in February, followed by four more last week. While the program offers job opportunities, concerns over working conditions and labor rights remain.
