AceRoyal Estates Homes Ltd. has announced its ambitious plans to introduce 105 opulent residential units within a mere 12 months, an initiative aimed at addressing Nigeria’s escalating housing shortfall.

As per a recent statement, this project – Eko Paragon, an ultra-luxurious hotel-inspired residential enclave nestled in the tranquil Abijo G.R.A., Lagos, sets a new standard for creativity, comfort, and cost-effectiveness in the realm of real estate investment.

In discussing the project’s advancement, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AceRoyal Estates Homes, Dr. Endurance Agonor, shared that construction, which kicked off in February 2025, is approaching its final stages.

“After just eight months, 41 housing units are already exquisitely fitted and ready for occupancy. Eko Paragon epitomizes our dedication to offering luxurious yet affordable housing solutions in partnership with the Lagos State Property Development Corporation,” he declared.

Agonor expressed gratitude to the Lagos State Government for its ongoing collaboration and encouraged further cooperative efforts to enhance access to decent and reasonably priced housing throughout the state.

“This achievement is not solely for AceRoyal Estates Homes, but for Lagos and Nigeria as a whole. We sincerely appreciate the government’s backing thus far and advocate for continued support and synergy to amplify the impact of such initiatives, mitigating housing deficits and providing more attainable homes for all.”

As noted in the statement, Eko Paragon boasts a strategically advantageous locale within the secure and peaceful Abijo Government Reserved Area, just a quick 10-minute drive from the Lekki-Epe Expressway.

It further conveyed, “Significantly, Abijo stands as the sole G.R.A. on Lagos Island, marrying exclusivity with accessibility. Designed to foster a harmonious and healthful lifestyle, the estate is equipped with state-of-the-art wellness and fitness amenities, including a gymnasium, tennis courts, and expansive leisure areas. With merely 32 percent of its land developed, residents benefit from ample greenery, private parking accommodating two vehicles per unit, and additional space for visitors.

“Inside, each dwelling reflects meticulous attention to craftsmanship, featuring spacious living environments and kitchens artfully designed for functionality, alongside bathrooms larger than average BQs found in Lekki. The estate is also sustained by a reliable 24-hour electricity supply, ensuring uninterrupted comfort for all homeowners.”
