In a significant initiative to reshape Nigeria’s real estate landscape, Veritasi Homes and Properties Limited has reinforced its leadership by organizing the Veritasi Realtors’ Conference 2025 in partnership with the Lagos Business School (LBS). This impactful event, held in Lagos, brought together leading industry professionals, investors, policymakers, and thought leaders to explore the future of real estate in Nigeria.

Focusing on knowledge exchange, innovation, and sustainability, the conference underscored the pressing need for a transformative shift in the Nigerian real estate sector.

Key discussions revolved around sustainable development, affordable housing, smart cities, and real estate financing—critical areas identified by experts as pivotal for the sector’s future.

Veritasi Homes, recognized for its innovative mindset, utilized the conference to stress the significance of creativity in real estate. During the event, speakers highlighted the essential role of innovation in driving the industry forward.

“The current real estate environment in Nigeria requires us to move beyond traditional methods. We need to adopt innovative solutions, sustainable practices, and, crucially, invest in platforms for knowledge-sharing that can facilitate meaningful change. This conference exemplifies Veritasi’s dedication to being a driving force for transformation,” Adetola remarked.

The event included workshops and panel discussions featuring insights from both local and international experts, providing attendees with practical strategies for enhancing property management, boosting real estate value, and addressing Nigeria’s infrastructure issues.

A standout feature of the conference was the collaboration between Veritasi Homes and the Lagos Business School, which infused academic rigor and market insights into the conversations. LBS, recognized for its expertise in corporate strategy and business innovation, was instrumental in ensuring that the event served as a platform for practical learning rather than just a series of discussions.

“Achieving success in Nigeria’s real estate market goes beyond merely selling properties; it involves developing expertise and enhancing execution capabilities. This conference aligns with Veritasi’s long-term goal of cultivating a new generation of professionals who are not only realtors by name but also by skill and knowledge.

Numerous industry veterans and attendees commended Veritasi’s initiatives to transform the real estate landscape. Rhema Olajumoke Esther, an experienced real estate consultant, highlighted the conference’s emphasis on practical solutions:
