New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones attended the Zach Bryan concert in Queens over the weekend and went sang along onstage before getting trolled by the country artist.
Bryan, 27, actually trolled the entire Forest Hills Stadium by saying “Go Birds” when Jones approached the microphone, a cheer for Giants rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Jones, 26, and the crowd were unable to react to the trolling because Bryan said “Go Birds” right before the song’s drop. Instead, everybody started to sing along.
Bryan recently purchased a home in Philadelphia, so it’s understandable why he cheers for the Eagles. He was born and raised in Oologah, Oklahoma.
The country music star often tweets about the Eagles and other Philadelphia sports teams.
Eagles own Giants
Giants lost all three games against Philly this past NFL season, including a 38-7 loss in the Divisional round of the playoffs.
Eagles would eventually go on to lose in the Super Bowl to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Jones and Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts both received hefty contract extensions in the offseason.
Bryan trolling Jones with the Eagles chant will surely motivate him next time he takes the field against Philadelphia.
