Mac G and Sol Phenduka make history with “Podcast and Chill” concert
Podcast and Chill’s fans – The Chillers came through massively for the Road to 1 Million concert this Sunday.
Hours before the event started, Mac G who is a host on the podcast announced that the tickets for the show has been sold out.
The podcast has exceeded 1 million subscribers on YouTube, which is a laudable success for the podcast which is rated one of the best podcasts in South Africa.
The venue is filled and it elated Mac and his co-host, Solomzi Phenduka.
Taking to Twitter, an entertainment blogger named Phil Mphela congratulated the hosts of the podcast for making history with the show.
“A moment in history. A show on the internet. A podcast has galvanised a movement. Love or hate #PodcastAndChill you can’t deny the significance of what MacG has created. Filled to capacity on a Sunday, nogal! I’m proud as BLACK content creator and creative,” Phil wrote.
