Ronald Chagoury Jr., director of the Chagoury Group, has announced that the long-awaited Eko Atlantic City project in Lagos is now poised for launch. Initiated nearly two decades ago, this ambitious urban development is situated on reclaimed land adjacent to Victoria Island. Designed with comprehensive infrastructure—including reliable power, clean water, advanced drainage, and communication networks—the city aims to offer a blend of office spaces, residential areas, retail zones, and public amenities such as educational and healthcare facilities. Despite global economic challenges since its inception, Chagoury remains optimistic about Nigeria’s economic trajectory under President Bola Tinubu’s administration, citing improved foreign exchange reserves and increased foreign investments as indicators of stability. This positive outlook aligns with the Chagoury Group’s commitment to focusing on its core strengths in construction, real estate, and hospitality.
