Ripple’s XRP token is facing some resistance at the $3 price level. According to CoinGecko’s XRP data, the asset is down by 1.1% in the last 24 hours. Despite the dip in the daily charts, XRP is trading in the green zone in the other time frames. The popular crypto has rallied 3.6% in the weekly charts, 6.3% in the 14-day charts, and 6.3% over the previous month. Let’s discuss if XRP can follow Bitcoin (BTC) and BNB’s trajectory to a new all-time high in October 2025.

Will XRP Follow Bitcoin And BNB To A New All-Time High?

XRP has had quite a bullish year in 2025. The asset breached the $3 mark earlier this year, in January, after nearly seven years. XRP also climbed to an all-time high of $3.65 on July 18. The third-largest crypto by market cap is currently down by 18% from its July peak. While XRP is facing some resistance at the $3 mark, there is a chance that the asset will climb to a new peak this month.

Bitcoin (BTC) and Binance’s BNB coin have climbed to new peaks over the last few days. BTC’s rally often leads to other assets following suit. XRP may also follow BTC’s trajectory if market conditions remain bullish. Moreover, there is a high chance that we will get another round of interest rate cuts from the Federal Reserve after its October meeting. Another rate cut could trigger a market-wide rally. Such a scenario could lead to XRP hitting a new all-time high.

The SEC is also due to announce its decision on several XRP ETF applications later this month. An ETF approval could lead to a surge in institutional inflows for XRP. Institutional money has been a key driver for Bitcoin’s (BTC) price surge over the last year. A similar pattern could emerge for XRP as well.
