Rebranding and Upgrade of the WATAF Website

The West African Tax Administration Forum (WATAF) invites qualified ICT firms and web development companies to submit proposals for the rebranding, redesign, and upgrade of the WATAF website.

The objective of this assignment is to develop a modern, secure, and interactive digital platform that supports WATAF’s mandate in tax administration cooperation, research, capacity building, and knowledge sharing across West Africa.

Scope of the Assignment

The selected firm will design, develop, test, and deploy a rebranded WATAF website featuring:

  • A dynamic, user-friendly, and multilingual (English, French, Portuguese) interface
  • A tax databank with data visualisation and reporting tools
  • A self-paced online training platform for capacity building
  • Secure members-only access and consultation/support features
  • Integrated statistics, dashboards, and digital publications

Eligibility

Interested firms must demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in website and digital platform development
  • Capacity to deliver data-driven and secure web solutions for institutions
  • Relevant technical expertise and an experienced project team

Submission Requirements

Proposals should include:

  • Company profile and evidence of similar work
  • Technical approach and implementation timeline
  • Proposed team and financial proposal
