Outrage erupted on social media, with Kenyans questioning the reckless speed at which cars in the presidential convoy navigated the busy road. Footage from the scene showed Frederick lying on the tarmac with severe head injuries. However, the vehicle that hit him failed to stop. The victim had been visiting Kenya to see family, and a post-mortem examination is pending. Meanwhile, the British High Commission confirmed it is in contact with local authorities.
