Moreover, the crackdown arrives amid a recent statement from the 8th BRICS International Competition Conference (ICC). There, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) chairman Ashok Bhushan discussed BRICS’ necessity in developing ways to regulate digital markets.
