Amidst the recent news of Logan Paul’s return to the ring where he will take on Dillon Danis, former NFL star Bell has voiced his displeasure at not being Paul’s chosen opponent, accusing him of avoiding a match-up.

This isn’t the first time Bell has been vocal about the Paul brothers. He previously challenged both Logan and Jake Paul during a chat on No Jumper, confidently stating he would come out on top against either. He emphasized that in terms of athletic prowess, neither Paul brother matches up to his standards.

Reflecting on Bell’s NFL career, he played for teams like the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers between 2013-2017 and 2019-2021. His standout performances were particularly pronounced during his tenure with the Steelers, making it to three Pro Bowl teams and clinching two All-Pro teams honors. Over these dominant five years, Bell clocked 7,996 scrimmage yards with 42 touchdowns. At the time Bell was undisputedly the NFL’s best running back and looked to have a Hall of Fame trajectory.

While the concluding years of his NFL journey saw him shuffling between teams and not replicating his previous successes, no one can dismiss his elite stature during his peak years.

Post-NFL, Bell ventured into professional boxing. So far, he holds a 1-1 record, having lost to ex-MMA fighter Uriah Hall in October 2022, but redeemed himself with a win against British YouTuber JMX in a bout the following April. Impressively, both matches extended to a full four rounds. Adding to his boxing credentials, Bell triumphed over another NFL great, Adrian Peterson, in a friendly exhibition match, sealing his win with a fifth-round knockout last year.
