This event underscored Bolt’s ongoing commitment to acknowledging and empowering the dedicated individuals who are essential to its success.

The “Drive for a Prize” campaign, an 8-weeks initiative, was designed to motivate and reward drivers who consistently demonstrated exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.

It is also part of an innovative Driver Reward Scheme designed to enhance driver engagement and empower the driver community by recognising and celebrating their outstanding contributions.

Speaking at the event, Adega Murbe Onyango, Regional Marketing Manager Africa said: “Our driver-partners are more than just drivers; they are entrepreneurs, community leaders, and the face of our brand.

Bolt’s “Drive for a Prize” campaign reflects the company’s broader mission to empower its driver-partners by providing not only financial incentives but also opportunities for personal and professional development.

With thousands of active drivers across Kenya, the company continues to lead the way in setting new standards for the ride-hailing industry in the region.
