Blackrock‘s Solana & XRP ETFs are right now expected to be like the next move from the world’s largest asset manager. This applies especially as its BUIDL fund just hit a whopping $1 billion in value. Some of the biggest institutions want more crypto investment at the time of writing, with more options beyond just the classic Bitcoin and Ethereum. We can’t wait!

BlackRock to File for Solana and XRP ETFs

Nate Geraci, president of The ETF Store, thinks BlackRock will soon enter both the Solana ETF and XRP ETF markets.

Geraci said:

“BlackRock will file for both solana & xrp ETFs. Solana could be any day. Think xrp once SEC lawsuit concluded.”

The timing for XRP depends on finishing that SEC case, while Solana applications might happen much sooner. And since BlackRock already leads in Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, they probably won’t let competitors grab these markets without a fight.

I’m ready to log formal prediction…

BlackRock will file for *both* solana & xrp ETFs.

Solana could be any day. Think xrp once SEC lawsuit concluded.

Potential Market Impact of BlackRock Solana XRP ETFs

JPMorgan’s analysis also suggests these new ETFs could bring in a lot of money. A Solana ETF might also attract around $3-6 billion within a year, and an XRP ETF could see a whopping $4-8 billion in value, based on how other crypto ETFs have done.

SEC vs. Ripple Resolution Approaching

FOX Business journalist Eleanor Terrett says the SEC’s case against Ripple, which affects XRP ETF possibilities, might end soon.

Terrett reported:

“Two well-placed sources tell me that the @SECGov vs. @Ripple case is in the process of wrapping up and could be over soon.”

They’re talking about the latest and greatest changing penalties and matching recent SEC policy shifts. Solving this could speed up BlackRock’s XRP ETF filing and help more institutions adopt it.

🚨SCOOP: Two well-placed sources tell me that the @SECGov vs. @Ripple case is in the process of wrapping up and could be over soon.

My understanding is that the delay in reaching an agreement is due to Ripple’s legal team negotiating more favorable terms regarding the August…

BUIDL Fund Reaches Significant Milestone

While BlackRock gets ready for possible Blackrock Solana XRP ETFs, its BUIDL fund just passed $1 billion after Ethena added $200 million. The fund grew 57% in just one month, showing that big institutions trust blockchain financial products more now.

The BUIDL fund was first launched on the Ethereum network and has since, as expected, expanded to some more key blockchains including Aptos, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and Optimism and more. This growth takes place at the same time with some other major developments in the tokenized Treasury space. The total market value has, at the time of writing, surged 4X to reach about $4.4 billion in value, just within the past year or so. This reflects the increased institutional adoption level of blockchain-based financial products. We’re here for more!
