The Beauty Startup Founder Collective has announced the founders selected for its inaugural cohort, bringing together entrepreneurs building across beauty technology, consumer beauty brands, and accessories.

The founder-led initiative was created to support early-stage entrepreneurs navigating the intersection of beauty, technology, and consumer products by providing a connected ecosystem rooted in community, shared expertise, and access to critical industry resources.

The inaugural cohort includes founders developing AI-powered beauty tools, digital platforms, skincare and cosmetic brands, and accessories for modern consumers.

“The startup journey can be incredibly isolating,” said Bridgette Hill, Founder of  “When founders come together to share challenges, exchange ideas, and hold each other accountable, it creates momentum that’s difficult to achieve alone.”

Through curated programming, founders will participate in:

  • Monthly roundtables focused on operational challenges
  • Small peer groups designed to foster accountability
  • Expert-led sessions on product development, technology, and go-to-market strategy
  • Conversations with industry leaders, investors, and operators

The collective also aims to build a global network of beauty entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and strategic partnerships across markets.

Unlike traditional accelerators, the collective operates as a founder-first platform and does not take equity. It will also host showcases and demo opportunities connecting founders with investors, retailers, and partners.

The inaugural cohort was selected from over 80 applications across 10 countries.

The beauty industry is undergoing a major transformation as technology reshapes how products are developed, personalized, and delivered to consumers. Startups are increasingly building solutions powered by artificial intelligence, data-driven personalization, and new forms of digital commerce.

At the same time, many founders in the beauty space operate across two traditionally separate industries, beauty and technology, often without access to communities specifically designed for this intersection.

As a result, founders frequently navigate challenges related to product development, regulatory compliance, supply chains, and fundraising without the support networks available in other startup sectors.

The Beauty Startup Founder Collective aims to fill that gap by creating a founder-driven ecosystem that combines community, knowledge sharing, and access to global industry networks.
