Amazon has announced the launch of its new shopping app, Amazon Bazaar, in Nigeria, offering customers a fresh shopping experience with access to hundreds of thousands of affordable products across fashion, home, and lifestyle categories.

Amazon continues to focus on providing customers with a wide selection, low prices, and a seamless shopping experience.

Following the positive feedback from customers using Amazon Haul in countries like the U.S., UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, and Australia, as well as Amazon Bazaar in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, we are thrilled to bring this popular shopping experience to more customers worldwide.

Today, we are excited to introduce Amazon Bazaar, a new standalone shopping app, now available in Nigeria. Additionally, the app has been launched in 14 new countries: Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

The Amazon Bazaar app, part of the global Amazon Haul shopping experience, offers customers access to hundreds of thousands of affordable products. Both Amazon Haul and Amazon Bazaar provide an ultra-low-price shopping experience, with names chosen to better connect with local languages and cultures. Customers can browse a range of products in fashion, home goods, and lifestyle categories, with most items priced under NGN15,000. Orders over NGN30,000 qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders incur a standard delivery charge.

This app combines value-focused shopping with interactive entertainment features that customers enjoy. Shoppers can explore affordable products while engaging in fun features such as social lucky draws and promotions.

For Nigeria:

  • Enjoy low prices, big savings, and free delivery.
  • Most items are priced under NGN15,000, with some as low as NGN3,000.
  • New customers receive 50% off their first order, and all customers can enjoy additional savings as they add items to their carts.
  • Free delivery applies for orders over NGN30,000, with a standard delivery charge for smaller orders.
  • Deliveries usually arrive in two weeks or less, and our multilingual customer support team is available 24/7 to assist shoppers.

The trusted Amazon experience customers are familiar with is also available, including product reviews and star ratings to help with purchasing decisions. All items on Amazon Bazaar undergo Amazon’s strict compliance checks, ensuring that customers receive safe, high-quality products that meet all necessary regulations and policies. Returns are free when requested within 15 days of receipt.

Local convenience and access:

  • Amazon Bazaar supports six languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Traditional Chinese.
  • With local currency options, customers can confidently shop in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

Customers can use their existing Amazon account or create a new one. Payment options include internationally recognized Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.

The Amazon Bazaar app is available for download on local iOS and Android app stores in Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Peru, Ecuador, Jamaica, Argentina, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Customers in Nigeria can visit their local app store to download the app and begin shopping today.
