Former US Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. embraced Bitcoin last year making it a centerpiece of his political campaign. Kennedy Jr. hailed Bitcoin as a financial savior of the American middle class and embraced the broader cryptocurrency market. He also stressed that he could make Bitcoin a legal tender in the US if he’s elected President in 2024. Robert Kennedy Jr. was seen at the Denver Crypto Conference talking about Bitcoin while wearing a Shiba Inu shirt.

Author and Bitcoin maximalist Sunny Decree took to Twitter to express his frustration about Kennedy Jr. embracing a Shiba Inu shirt. He questioned Kennedy Jr.’s ability and mental strength to understand Bitcoin and the largest cryptocurrency market in general.

The author also called Kennedy Jr. a typical politician who only used Bitcoin for election and votes without understanding it. The motive of Kennedy Jr.’s promoting Bitcoin was only to attract votes from the cryptocurrency community, he said.

“Every one of you was embracing Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for supporting Bitcoin while I remained skeptical. Now he is promoting SHIBA INU, a meme coin. He doesn’t understand Bitcoin, nor does he care about it. This was all to garner more votes. Don’t get fooled so easily next time,” he tweeted.

However, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. did not publicly say anything about Shiba Inu. He was only seen wearing a white shirt with the Shiba Inu logo embossed in it. We have no confirmation if he supports Shiba Inu or owns SHIB tokens at this moment.
