This revelation was made by Deputy Chief of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Forces of the Russian armed forces Major General Aleksey Rtishev, on Tuesday.

However, in recent events, General Aleksey Rtishev disclosed that the US established Navy military medical center sections in Ghana and Djibouti.

“Active work in the region is being carried out by research organizations of the US Department of Defense,” he stated.

“For example, branches of the military medical center of the naval forces are located in Ghana and Djibouti, where active work is being carried out in natural foci of diseases, isolation and sequencing of pathogens,” he added.

The General claimed that the US views Africa as a natural infection reservoir and an experiment site for new medications.

According to him, an American laboratory facility is now being constructed in Senegal by the same contractors that are working on projects in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.

Furthermore, US scientists in 18 African countries are studying drug-resistant infections with funding from the US military headquarters, the Pentagon, as reported by Sputnik.

Rtishev also pointed out that the diseases of interest to the Pentagon become pandemics, that American pharmaceutical corporations can benefit from.

He listed yellow fever, mpox, and rift valley disease as examples, with an outbreak reported in Cairo at the US Navy’s military biological laboratory.

General Igor informed the media in March 2023 that American military biologists in one of the Central African countries had considered intentionally spreading the Ebola virus in September 2022.

One of the variants being considered is “careless handling of pathogens by American military biologists who carried out work in this region,” he stated.

The Major General also stated in June 2023 that the Pentagon’s biological warfare operations across the world provide them access to potential biological weapons agents.

He said that the US Navy Medical Research Center’s subordinate laboratory, NAMRU (Naval Medical Research Unit), was dealing with infections in North Africa, the Middle East, and South America.
