Acer Africa announced the highly anticipated launch of 2 new ultra-portable USB-C-powered monitors in South Africa.

Designed for the modern professional, dynamic student, creative educator, and avid mobile gamer, these slim and lightweight displays offer unparalleled convenience without compromising on display quality. Setting a new standard for flexible productivity and entertainment on the go.

Acer’s new portable monitors provide a seamless “second screen” solution for hybrid/remote workers, digital nomads, students, educators, and casual gamers.   • Acer PM161Q J (Non-touch version): Available for R2,499, this model offers a stunning 15.6-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display with vibrant 6-bit colours and a wide
    178° viewing angle. It boasts a rapid 4ms (G to G) response time and supports AdaptiveSync (FreeSync/G-SYNC compatible) for smooth visuals. It weighs only 700g.
  • Acer PM161QT (Touch-enabled version): Priced at R3,499, this interactive model features a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display with 16.7M colors and responsive 10-point touch functionality. It includes HDR10 support for enhanced contrast and color, a wide 170∘ viewing angle, and also supports AdaptiveSync (FreeSync/G-SYNC compatible).
