International Women’s Day – March 8th, celebrates the amazing achievements of women around the world. This year, the theme, #Embrace Equity was an incredible reminder of the beauty in diversity and strength discovered when women are valued and supported, driving inclusiveness and growth for everyone, regardless of background and limitations.
To commemorate International Women’s Day this year, ACA commits to creating a more inclusive workplace and equitable society for everyone- especially women. The women were celebrated in an exclusive event, with amazing guest speakers who provided interesting perspectives and insights on how to effectively embrace equity.
A major highlight of the event was the very interactive and insightful panel session with the women and men, sharing stories, experiences, opportunities, and ideas on how they can collaborate to create a more inclusive environment, and ensure an equitable future for everyone.
