Rapper Raheem Bacon, known in the music world as 350heem, has been killed in a shooting following a celebrity promotional party, which ended in altercations in the car park of the Highlands Plaza shopping centre in Lakeland, Florida.

In the same shooting that killed 350heem, who was 25 years old and brother of basketball player Dwayne Bacon (27), a 48-year-old woman was critically injured and shot. Raheem Bacon was transported by private vehicle to Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police arrested a woman, Jamilah Johnson, on suspicion of Bacon’s murder and recovered the firearm with which she allegedly shot him. 350heem was promoting his new album ‘Taking Chances 3’, which featured the tracks Dangerous Love and Gunshots.

Basketball player Dwayne Bacon is his brother

Raheem Bacon was the brother of Dwayne Bacon, who last season played for Panathinaikos, the season before for Monaco and in the NBA went on to play for the Charlotte Hornets and Orlando Magic.

Dwayne Bacon, a highly rated 1.98m small forward, has stats of 15.2 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in the Euroleague
