Dubai, 18 November 2025 – ASELSAN has made a strong impression at the Dubai Airshow in the UAE, showcasing its innovations in avionics, electro-optics, radar, and precision-guided systems. The company has signed several agreements with Emirati companies that further deepen its partnerships and presence in the region.

ASELSAN, Türkiye’s leading defence company, has signed significant contracts and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at strengthening long-term partnerships and advancing joint technology development in the region. Under these agreements, ASELSAN concluded a contract with CALIDUS for the Avionics Suite of WX-80 Cloud Seeding Aircraft and another for the Enhanced YAMGÖZ 360 Situational Awareness System integration on 8×8 WAHASH vehicles.

The company also signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with EDGE Group Companies; one with HALCON to collaborate on electro-optical technologies, and another with ADASI focusing on the advanced airborne payloads. During the event, ASELSAN also displayed a comprehensive portfolio that reflects its innovation-driven approach and engineering excellence in air defence. Among the highlights were advanced avionics solutions for both manned and unmanned platforms featuring fully digital, mission-ready cockpit architectures, and Tactical Data Link Solutions (T-LINK) ensuring secure, high-speed communication across multiple domains.

The company also presented ASELFLIR 500 Electro-Optical System for superior reconnaissance, surveillance and targeting performance, TOYGUN Electro-Optical Sensor System, which recently completed its first test on BAYKAR’s KIZILELMA, TOLUN All Up Round Munition Family, HEWS Electronic Warfare Self Protection Suite, and MURAD AESA Radar providing multi-target engagement and resilience against electronic warfare. “Dubai Airshow serves as a gateway to new collaborations and an ideal stage to present ASELSAN’s state-of-the-art airborne and defence technologies,” said Ahmet Akyol, ASELSAN President & CEO.

“Through strategic agreements with regional partners such as CALIDUS, ADASI, and HALCON, we continue to strengthen technology cooperation and contribute to the operational readiness and defence autonomy of our partners. As ASELSAN celebrates its 50th anniversary, we remain dedicated to shaping the future of defence through innovation, reliability, and global partnership.”
