During a recent media conference held in Ilorin, the Chief Executive Officer of Homes on Demand, Mallam Bashir Yusuf, articulated that the project was intended to dramatically change the paradigm of how homes are constructed, financed, and managed across Africa.
“This concept sprouted from a yearning to simplify, optimize, and illuminate the path to homeownership,” he expressed.

He elaborated that the advanced SmartSite Dashboard and Construction Playbook platform will empower clients to digitally order, personalize, and oversee their housing projects from any corner of the globe.

The CEO revealed that the company will officially launch its nationwide builder recruitment network on 10 November 2025, inviting licensed builders, developers, and construction experts to enter its digital realm.
He clarified that the selected professionals will serve as strategic allies, not mere employees, adhering to a collective standard of quality, ethics, and transparency.
