To tackle Nigeria’s escalating housing shortfall, the esteemed Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams, has implored real estate developers to exhibit a stronger dedication to offering affordable housing solutions for the populace.
Adams made this passionate plea during a courtesy call at Harmony Garden and Estate Development Ltd in Lagos, where he evaluated various ongoing projects and engaged in thoughtful discussions regarding sustainable housing and cultural advancement.
During the visit, Adams explored Harmony Garden’s pivotal projects, including GranVille, The Parliament, Lekki Aviation Town, and Majestic Bay, all meticulously crafted under the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System and the Harmony Renewed Hope Mortgage System.
