The store leverages modern retail technology to enhance customer experience. With self-service options, faster checkouts, and trained staff on hand, shoppers enjoy convenience and efficiency at any hour.

In addition, the store has created over 50 direct jobs, furthering Carrefour’s impact on Kenya’s economy. It also supports local suppliers and service providers, injecting fresh energy into the business environment along Jomo Kenyatta Avenue and the greater CBD area.

Carrefour now operates four outlets in Kenya’s Coastal region. The new store joins locations at Promenade Mall, City Mall, and Diani Mall. This expansion not only reflects the company’s confidence in Kenya’s retail sector but also reaffirms its commitment to local development.

Customers can expect a wide variety of fresh produce, groceries, personal care items, electronics, and household essentials. Specialized sections cater to home and beauty needs, combining global brands with local products.

As Carrefour continues its strategic growth across the country, the brand remains focused on delivering quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction while adapting to the evolving needs of Kenyan consumers.
