Mada Media has unveiled its new consolidated online platform, which brings together advertising services for right of way, public transport networks, commercial vehicles, private land, and buildings under a single digital roof.
The platform standardises terms and conditions while implementing Dubai’s out-of-home advertising manual, advancing the company’s goal to streamline advertising permit applications across the emirate.

Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi, CEO of Mada Media, said: “The launch of the unified electronic platform is an important step in achieving the company’s goals and an essential part of its journey through which we seek to establish standards and frameworks aimed at regulating the out-of-home advertising sector efficiently and effectively, in a manner that reflects the city’s beauty, while prioritising traffic safety and supporting economic growth.”
The initiative forms part of Mada Media’s broader vision to transform Dubai’s out-of-home advertising sector, which operates under the Dubai Investment Fund umbrella.
“Mada Media aims to pioneer sustainability, keeping pace with Dubai’s distinctive urban and economic vision, and making every advertising space more impressive and impactful, ensuring the management of advertising spaces and the implementation of relevant legislation,” Al Hammadi added.
Advertising companies can now submit permit applications through the company’s website, effective immediately.
Mada Media operates through a concession agreement with the Roads and Transport Authority and Dubai Municipality.
The company was established under Decree No. 20 of 2024, issued by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai.
It functions as a private joint-stock company with legal personality, financial and administrative independence, and the capacity to pursue activities toward its objectives.
The company’s mandate includes developing a unified, transparent framework for out-of-home advertising that aligns with Dubai’s technical, regulatory, and aesthetic standards, while creating innovative digital spaces.
