Jeddah is set to host the Formula 1 (F1) race weekend as the adrenalin-raising motorsport returns to the shores of the Red Sea for its fifth edition.

The race is slated to be held on April 18-20.

The excitement of race weekend, however, will extend far beyond the track, as fans can look forward to an incredible lineup of live music concerts featuring some of the world’s biggest acts, including Jennifer Lopez, Usher, and Major Lazer Soundsystem.

The Saudi Motorsport Company, promoter of the Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2025, is preparing to welcome thousands of fans from across the Kingdom and beyond to the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, billed as the world’s fastest street circuit.

Since making its debut in December 2021, the Jeddah race has established itself as one of the most exciting, adrenaline-fuelled races in F1.

The Jeddah Corniche Circuit continues to set records as the longest and fastest street circuit, with drivers reaching average speeds of 252 km/h, while 79 per cent of a lap on the famous track is spent at full throttle – said to be the highest figure for any F1 circuit.

Approximately half a million visitors have passed through the gates of Saudi Arabia’s biggest annual sporting and entertainment event since 2021.

Of last year’s visitors, 30 per cent were female, representing an 11 per cent increase on the 2023 event, and showcasing the growing interest in motorsport amongst the Saudi female population.
