Donald Trump is currently in a transformative mode, busy rehauling the US economy and its future. Since Trump assumed his duties in January of this year, his aggressive tariff policies have taken the market by storm, affecting global markets and nations on a cellular level. At the same time, Trump and Musk’s camaraderie has been playing a pivotal role in unveiling fraud running amok within the US, prioritizing national interests among other things. However, Trump has revealed new details about the future of D.O.G.E. and Elon Musk, stating how the future may have something else in store for Musk in the long haul.

Musk To Leave D.O.G.E.?
In one of the interviews making rounds on X, Donald Trump can be seen responding to a question posed by a journalist. When a journalist inquired about Elon Musk and whether he will continue to work for D.O.G.E., Trump responded that at one point he would want to go back to his business, while the department will continue to work without him.
“Elon is fantastic. He is a patriot, and I think it is a shame what they are doing with his car company. It’s a great car, a great product. But as long as he likes me, I like smart people, and he’s very smart. I also like him personally, but when I really got to know him, I knew a little bit about him before that…And when I got to know him… I would say Elon would stay for a certain period, and then he’s going to want to get back to his business full-time, but he’s done a fantastic job.
Trump further praised Musk, adding how he and his department have exposed billions worth of fraud and wasteful spending within the national circuits.
“He’s done a fantastic job. He has found hundreds, in fact billions, of dollars of fraud, abuse, and waste. And they are still going strong“. The president added.
In addition to this, Trump also added how Musk’s DOGE has found something big, details of which shall be unveiled very soon.
“They found something today that is horrible. It is horrible. You will find out very soon. What they found is incredible.”

When asked about whether Trump would appoint Musk to a new position, the president responded with adoration, stating how he “would love” to offer him a new role.
“Well, I would. I think Elon is great, but I think he also has a company to run, or a number of companies to run… He loves the country, and that’s why he does this, but we are in no rush.” The president added
