The canine-filled cryptocurrency market was having quite a day as they were the only assets that witnessed an uptick. While the OG meme cryptocurrency, Dogecoin (DOGE), led the rally, Shiba Inu (SHIB) followed suit. The SHIB community was celebrating the asset’s climb up the cryptocurrency ladder and its latest price rise.

Shiba Inu’s Status Quo

At press time, the second largest meme coin, Shiba Inu was trading at $0.00001791 following a 4.38% spike over the past 24 hours. This sudden spike came early today following a bloody weekend. The asset witnessed a massive drop over the last week.

In addition, the meme coin’s market cap also rose. The market value of SHIB moved past the $9 billion mark and was seen inching towards $11 billion. Meanwhile, the cryptocurrency’s volume was up by 36% to $389 million.

Amidst this, the community was still latching on to its 1-cent dream. While several believed it would attain this level by the next year, others were growing weary and pessimistic. This article focuses on forecasts for the next couple of years to ease uncertainty among investors.

2025, 2030 & 2040 Price Predictions

Changelly’s analysts were quite optimistic about the asset’s potential in the next few years. They predicted that Shiba Inu would conclude 2024 at a high of $0.0000389961.

They predict that Shiba Inu will trade at a maximum price target of $0.00005999 by the next year, with an average price of $0.00004995. Subsequently, the experts predict that SHIB will have compound annual growth.

In addition, by 2030, they anticipate that the minimum price for Shiba Inu might increase to $0.0003129. They predict that SHIB will trade at an average of $0.000323 this year. After erasing three leading zeros, Changelly experts predict that Shiba Inu will trade for an average of $0.0213 in 2040.
