The Lagos State Branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) recently hosted an insightful Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) seminar at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), located at 1 Idowu Taylor, Victoria Island. The event aimed to highlight the promising future of the real estate sector.

The seminar was graced by the presence of ESV Bature Ali Muhammad, FNIVS, the institution’s 1st Vice President, who attended on behalf of the President. He was accompanied by ESV Ayodele Olamoju, ANIVS.

Chaired by ESV (Otunba) Bola Onabadejo, FNIVS, the seminar featured a series of enlightening presentations focused on innovations and adaptations within the real estate industry.

Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on various important topics, emphasizing the importance of embracing technology and adapting to industry changes, thereby equipping professionals to succeed in an ever-evolving real estate landscape.
