Per Lucie, a Shiba Inu Dao is currently under construction and will soon be launched for SHIB community members. She later shared expansive details about the project, adding that the new DAO will bring significant utility to SHIB investors and members.
Dubbed the SHIB Doggy DAO Foundation, the decentralized autonomous exchange will be pivotal in ensuring SHIB’s evergreen decentralized future.

Lucie took to X to share more details, adding that the DAO will ensure steady community decisions and their proper execution. The DAO will come with additional elements, including a Doggy Treasury, which will help manage assets and ensure smooth governance across the board.
“The SHIB Doggy DAO Foundation will legally wrap around the DAO. Ensuring that the decisions made by the community are properly executed. It will manage assets like the Doggy Treasury and prevent any future misallocations, providing transparency and security. This move demonstrates to the world that Shib isn’t just another project—it’s a serious player with a long-term vision.”
Lucie added more details about the associated tokens and explained that the governance will be evenly distributed among the SHIB, BONE, LEASH, and TREAT tokens.
“Governance will be split across four key areas: Shib governs the community itself. Bone powers Shib’s technology. Leash offers protection and exclusivity. Treat empowers and funds community projects.”
