PRETORIA – Following the appointment of Ms. Jeanette Chanda Makgolo as Commissioner General of the Botswana Unified Revenue Service (BURS), the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has put together a fact file on her to celebrate her new role.
Botswana’s Ministry of Finance and Economic Development made the announcement at the beginning of August, saying Makgolo’s appointment will be for a period of five years.
The ministry expressed confidence in her abilities saying she possesses the requisite competencies to enhance the performance of BURS.
As South Africa celebrates Women’s Month, ATAF’s Executive Secretary, Mr Logan Wort, added his congratulatory voice to her appointment.
